About Us

East ATL Audio Video was founded by audio-professional, David Layne, as a way to move forward in the Production Industry and deliver exceptional events. With a degree from Expression College of Digital Arts and over 17 years of experience as a Project Manager, Audio Engineer, and a General A/V Technician, David has been a part of a lot of events from pre-production to managing the actual event. This also includes being on the front lines as a technician to deliver great audio and video. Even as the owner he is always there to prep gear, unload the truck, and set up the show.

From doing small shows to large corporate events, David prides himself on his strong customer service relationships that he has with every client. Every question is relevant, and every concern is addressed until both parties are comfortable to move forward.

Besides his passion for audio video events, David is an avid music enthusiast. He enjoys collecting vinyl, playing guitar, and attending as many concerts as allowed. Family time is also a huge part of his life with his wife Alice and son Lukas.
